Cancel Policy

We understand that your time is valuable, and so is ours. To ensure we can provide quality care to all our clients, please note our cancellation policy:
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled treatment fee.

- We understand that life happens. If there are exceptional circumstances, please let us know as soon as possible.
